Meet Dynamic Dash

Role: The Engine of Energy and Execution (D in S.T.R.I.D.E.)

Catchphrase: “Momentum beats motivation. Move first, feel it later.”

Backstory

Dash wasn’t always dynamic. In fact, he started off as the king of procrastination—full of ideas but never finishing anything. Everything changed after he set a 30-day challenge to “do one thing every day no matter what.” By day 10, he hated it. By day 20, he was hooked. By day 30, he had launched his first profitable business.

Since then, Dash has become a master of entrepreneurial momentum. He teaches founders how to build sustainable drive, avoid burnout, and execute at a high level—even on the hard days.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Minor in Business Strategy
  • Certified in Time Management and Habit Design
  • Completed 5 Ironman triathlons (and still takes calls during cooldowns)

Daily Ritual

Dash starts every day with movement—run, gym, bike, something. It primes his focus and unlocks clarity. Then it’s straight into his “Power Hour” of uninterrupted action.

Exercise & Diet

High-intensity training, cold showers, and clean eating. Think: eggs, oats, greens, grilled protein. One espresso a day. Never two.
